She certainly fits more into that route than the rest of the Far Side routes, since Sacchin's route presumably is going to have a lot of vampire shenanigans.

The question is what Nasu would do with her. We've seen the two sides of Arcueid that the original presented us with:

1. Arcueid the Lover (deredere)
2. Arcueid the Scorned Lover (yanyan)

Obviously 1. is out of the window for this one, and it feels kinda forced to have Arcueid go down the route of 2. again. Perhaps she'll just be a minor character.

As much as it feels redundant, I could only think about a Ciel-esque route with Sacchin minus all the sexual tensions with Arcueid, with the following premise;

Tohno found out about Sacchin's trouble and saved her, through Ciel's business in the middle of hunting. Then, they negotiate about Sacchin's fate as he offered to help Ciel's job. Then she told her about TAs and how he might be targeted by Arcueid as Roa's potential incarnation. Sacchin then offered to help Tohno with her newfound power.

if Sacchin became DA I doubt Arc would let her free.

I thought Arc's thing was just killing Roa. I can't see her motivation for fighting other vampires, unless they got in the way of that initial goal. Based on the MB dialogue, she might have even ignored Vlov, if Vlov didn't go after her first.

Roa's childer are her grandchilder. Isn't a True Ancestor's ideal position lording over their Dead Apostles? I mean, I can't imagine that killing any of Roa's associates, especially only by blood, rather than, you know, social interaction, would cause him harm, given that his entire unlife is literally just Arc simping.

Always thought the Sacchin route would envolve you having to fight against Ciel, Mario and his troupe and possibly Arcueid too (can't be a final boss because of Ciel route). Noel of course, would get off-screened.

I've already said this but I think it's pretty obvious Noel is going to try and bully Satsuki as soon as she realizes Satsuki is turned. You know, the type of bullying that ends up with somebody in a box. But life isn't fair and Satsuki has all the potential unlike Noel and so she probably gets obliterated while cursing how bullshit everything is. Actually, maybe DA Noel will show up again.

on day 12, and I have the feeling I still got a handful of hours of playtime

Fabro Rowan makes an appearance to chat with Sion. He also alludes to Dust of Osiris which shouldn't be related to FGO's Sion but rather one of the Tsukihime worlds. How exactly mechanically do we think this works? Given that the true wandering sea is outside of space-time... do we think this is Tsuki's Nrvnqsr before he became a DAA? The same as the one Roa is having his flashback with in Remake? Or... different iteration somehow?
