But will they be a explanation as to why Ciel was at the alter ?
If you know that's Ciel then you already know the explanation.
Keep going the explanation follows suit.
More like he wanted Arc to generally stay same, i'm sure Far Side Routes will have way more new content in them compared to Arc as well. Also Ciel Route was horrible in OG so it need WAY more adjustments compared to Arc.
Also i agree aldeayeah, Nasu will probably include Arcueid at final route (esspacially if last one is Satsuki). And i think it also should, cuz for a game named Tsukihime the actually Tsukihime never making an apperance for last two thirds of the game felt really weird in OG.

I'm curious as to how that would go. Making Arcueid an antagonist seems redundant since I kinda feel like she completely blew that load in the Ciel route. But she seems overpowered as an ally.
Also, this might be cope, but I feel like Nasu's been building up to something beyond just Glass Moon and Red Garden.
Is there any theory for what Nasu meant by saying that "perfection" is one of Shiki's natural enemies? Got really curious about this.
"Death" is basically a flaw that all objects and organisms have. A truly "perfect" existence would thus have no death and Shiki wouldn't be able to kill them.
Arc/CM/Egg
Perfection is a dream that loses its value with but a scratch.
It's quite literally shown and explained in the game itself lol.
The priest was waiting for the arrival of the princess, who was only an enemy of all of them.
For the priest, the golden princess was the one and only main heroine.
Everyone else was unworthy of his respect, no matter how strong they were.
Tsukihime 2 Prelude III
I legit think Red Garden will end up split into two routes. I simply don't believe he can fit it all into one other game.
Something like Red Garden with Hisui, Kohaku and Akiha followed by another game with Satsuki + Super True Arcueid.
Seems insane when I type it out but I still can see it happening.
He can probably make it work if each route is relatively shorter. If anything, Glass Moon was kind of on the short side for one of Nasu's. Glass Moon was a little under 400k words, while Lostbelt 6 was close to 600k words. As a comparison, Fate/stay night was 820k words. If he keeps each route to roughly the same length as Arcueid's route, then it seems pretty doable for him.
My issue with is not if he can fit the story, but if they can manage other aspects of the production.
I don't think it'd be that bad even on that end. Remember, Glass Moon required them to draw out the city, the mansion and standard character portraits for everyone. With all that out of the way, all they really have to take care of for Red Garden are any new characters, new events CGs, new action portraits and maybe some new expressions/portraits for existing characters. Whatever the case is, I'd imagine that the overall workload is probably quite a bit smaller.
Yes, I'm also expecting a troubled development with changing plans.
If nasu does have extra content for arcueid coming I would hope it's in her own exclusive thing instead of trying to balance time with sacchin ala heavens feel. It doesn't seem like it would be fair to either of them
But I also don't know if it would be a true route or the ever distant tsukihime 2 where it would be explored.
It feels like there is a lot of weird foreshadowing stuff about dreams and what ifs and parallel dimensions unique to arcueid and shiki to result in a side thing in someone else's route
