Wait, now that the whole thread has been overtaken by joke spoilers, I must ask, is the Saber to moonface connection still real?
i'm not reading Tsukihime remake until it's in english.
But i have a few questions that I would like it to answer. I know that some have answers before, but i'm hoping for a clarification or retcon to streamline the universe better.
1. Can dead apostiles and servants be in the same universe?
2. If tsukihime and fate are in different universes what is the cause
3. Does the moon cell exist in this timeline. If it doesn't, why?
4. If the moon cell doesn't exist, how was velber resolved?
5. How are Tsukihime and Knk related? Are they in the same universe?
I'll return to this thread in a few months. I just want to put this here, before it blows up with spoilers.
1. Dead Apostles and Servants yes. Dead Apostle Ancestors, the group of 27 super powerful DAs, does not exist in Fate. The individual members exist but they're not grouped together as the Ancestors and some of them are dead in Fate (like Blackmore).
2. We don't know the cause of the divergence but based on Case Files Material it seems like it's related to Zelretch vs Crimson Moon in 300 AD?
3. Moon Cell is Fate/Extra only. It's not even in other Fate settings.
4. Velber landed on Earth directly in non-Extra worlds. She completely skipped over attacking the Moon Cell and 3D printing herself a new body on Earth.
5. I'm pretty sure there's some old statement that Tohno and Ryougi can't coexist because only one person can have the MEoDP? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong or misremembering. Also the KnK cast has recently shown up in the El-Melloi series which is pretty obviously on the Fate side.
2. The earliest point of divergence we have is Zelretch becoming a vampire in Tsukihime worlds and staying human (but still immortal through another method) in Fate/ worlds.
3. All we got on "why" is that Moon Cell and Crimson Moon can't coexist.
4. We still don't know what wiped out Brunestud's kingdom on the moon, but Velber is the most likely candidate because it'd weirdly convoluted to have two different invaders.
Might as well use the thread for its original purpose.
Spoiler:
This whole "dreams of what-ifs" thing feels weirdly meta, I don't know why. I could get as dumb as remake Shiki randomly remembering what doujin Shiki did and interacting directly with the differences, but I don't think Nasu would wait 13 years to Last Encore this.
It could be the new route defining circumstances.
- No what-ifs -> Arcueid
- If it was cloudy -> Shiki doesn't get marked with the memory the moon is beautiful -> Ignores Arcueid in favor of looking for Satsuki -> Akiha route
- If (Shiki?) noticed earlier -> Shiki never assumes killing Arcueid was a dream -> Ciel route
- If "he"(Roa?) hadn't degraded -> Stronger Roa = Stronger Satsuki (?) -> Satsuki route
- If "I"(Arcueid?) hadn't been born -> Arcueid, Ciel, and Roa are absent from Hisui's route, so dispensable Satsuki bit aside, Arcueid existing wouldn't make a difference -> Hisui route.
- If Shiki hadn't woke up there (during the Nanaya massacre) -> ????? -> New fully rewritten Kohaku route by process of elimination
That's... uh... wow...
burn your dread you coward
No need to really use the spoiler tag going forward. Let the countdown begin.
As if Mahoyo wasn't cryptic from the very first line.
Because you are too young. Or too stupid. Or both.
Chapter list assuming the trophies have the same name as the chapters:

Wasn't Endless Stone the name of one of the original Ciel route chapters?

Also, Arc's route is called Tsukihime, and Ciel's is called Night Rainbow (夜の虹)
Well shit.
