Keep in mind that Red Demon God makes a point out of Kiri being the only person to ever cause Kouma pain (and he does it twice with the same spot). I would definitely say it's a Chekov's gun of things being different here.

That said, Akiha or people with powers as ridiculous might be able to mess him up, unless he gets MR out of his blood, since Plundering is a low level effect that's really powerful when it works.

Just saw Saber vs Red Arc's lines, and it's interesting that Red Arc knows who Saber is even as her regular self does not. Also, what is a better translation for "pure one", which Saber calls Red Arc?

I'm not really sure what you are asking here. I think I made it very clear.

What this Melty Blood translation calls "pure one" is 高純度の精霊. We usually translate 精霊 as elemental. 高純度 just means "high purity". It's very simple and dry cut.
