TA are a ticking time bomb. The urges still existed for her, they just showed up late. The TA mistakenly believed she didn't have them. And so, she didn't realize she was a vampire or that bloodsucking was something not to do. In comes Roa when she's first experiencing the urges to take advantage of her. After sucking blood the urge ramps up but it's something that gradually builds.

I just noticed, it seems TA can adjust the traits of their own vessel, as in they can reconfigure the basic capabilities of the vessel itself. I think this is the best way to consolidate the fact we're told TAs have no limits in a way that doesn't contradict other statements. For example the statement from Katatsuki Kouhon:

The True Ancestors have no limits.
As a result of being provided back-up from the planet, if the need should arise, they can strengthen their abilities until that need is met (however, the amount and speed that each True Ancestor can increase it by differs per individual).
The 'amount' spoken of in this quote refers less to an end-cap for the TA but rather the quantity of energy they can draw from the planet at any given point; think of it like drawing from a hose so to speak, the size of their hose dictates the amount. Otherwise we would have to assume the quote is contradicting itself. The size of the hose doesn't change, but the vessel itself can be reconfigured to have any parameter they need; which is also consistent with the fact Arc can make her body more temperature resistant if she needs to.

On a different note unless the TA royalty the Church was mentioned to have driven back in the past were Altrouge and CM, it's very likely there were more TA royalty in the past; other Brunestud TA. I hope this leads somewhere down the road, would be cool to see other TA in future Tsuki spinoffs.
The priest was waiting for the arrival of the princess, who was only an enemy of all of them.
For the priest, the golden princess was the one and only main heroine.
Everyone else was unworthy of his respect, no matter how strong they were.

We are told multiple times things to the effect of that the power a TA can use is limitless because they're essentially like fighting nature itself so I do agree the amount is not a end-cap. Besides the size, the speed of the flow or adaption since that's what we're talking about should also differ.

could be the other TA "Royalty" were killed before Brunestud so they didnt suffer from expectations of pickup up the slack for him like Arc and Altrouge. Arc and Alt might be the only royalty born post his death

    Hmm, well...
I personally think that the implication is something more like, Roa's temptation essentially birthed the urges within her. FGO actually supports this, since the non-Roa'd Ascension is essentially still the perfect Arcueid who knows nothing at all. In a sense, the vampiric urges represent a desire for life, something analogous to love and hate, perhaps "desire" in general. The True Ancestors are flawed in the sense that as Elementals, they shouldn't feel desire, or really, feel, anything at all. Arcueid, who had been the "perfect specimen", represented the first TA who was free of this desire, and thus perfect. But all it takes is a single scratch to ruin something perfect, etc.

It's true their desire and self-interest result in TA being flawed elementals and that the Non-Roa'd version is characterized as being closer to the ideal. A natural phenomenon, lacking autonomy, scarce emotions, knowing and living as nothing thus pure etc. On the other hand, that section talking about TA being synonymous with being unable to restrain their craving for blood and needing to use 70% of her power should probably have made some reference if the flaw doesn't exist at all in some case? Can anything really be perfect? I personally read the epilogue as though the urges were just late and so she didn't know not to accept the temptation rather than them causing the urge. To be fair that reading is colored by that interview from 20 years ago when Nasu was like Roa came up and seduced her when she was first suffering from the side effects of vampirism.
