Your not a TYPE MOON fan if you don't even own a TM Merch or haven't fapped to a TM character.
Not mentioning the place where they want to revive crimson Moon, and the line about the dark six resuscitating meaning completing vampirization, though yeah, I'll admit that's a little stretch on my part here.
Anyways, if crimson Moon can be conceptualized as a cosmical vampire (parasyte), Who wants to "help" putting his Seed in any Planet Who resquested It, the Best method would be "to hack" the system originally designed to protect that Planet (hell, even the TA's existence could be some mimicking of that original fairies, putting in charge by him after trampling the sub-bells).
PS: so, yeah, I think some of the Lore of grand order will be totally relevant to the setting of future tsukihime. This gonna hurt those people Who wanted a total separation (although being the same company and the same author, lol).

On the other hand, a millennium-class foundation is needed for the 原理血戒 to function, and even if a dead apostle with hundreds of years of activity were to inherit it they would be crushed by that curse. Properly speaking it was not something that Vlov could withstand, but thanks to a technique given to him by a certain dead apostle as well as his desire for revenge against that person he managed to retain his sanity until the end.
