    Yeah it seemed like Shiki wanted her to put him down since he lost himself. There is another bad end where she appears briefly as a corpse vlov killed.
    Which implies she's keeping tabs on Shiki(don't forget she's there when he passes out in front of the manor) and probably wary of spaghetti mode.
