Arcueid is spared from the whole Altria debacle. Probably because it's not derived from a historical name. That said, I checked how Artorias from DS1 is spelt in romaji and it's written as アルトリウス(arutoriusu), aka similar to Artorius the Roman general. So even though the writing in English says Altria, it's sounded like Artoria in Japan. Still, might never know why Nasu deliberately insisted that spelling in English.

Do we even know for sure Altria was Nasu's choice? The first time Altria showed up it was in Fate/Complete Material, a series of books by Tech Gian and Enterbrain.
We know that FGO NA was forced to go with Altria because of orders from above, but that could perfectly be Aniplex or some other party involved. I just don't see core TYPE-MOON and Nasu caring enough to directly involve themselves with how アルトリア is written for the english market.
Last joke was that Nasu is payed by cigarette company Altria to be subliminal advertisement
We do know that extella didnt have altria, and melty blood had that patched in., i do not know if the latter is under aniplex

There's even a minor difference in the Japanese spelling there as well.

Would've preferred this facial design. Longer hair reminiscent of the Remake version while retaining the distinct widow's peak, essentially best of both worlds.
Ridiculously belated realization, but since we were promised some form DLC Arcueid ending to explain how Roa's legs died, it's also possible that will actually get the fabled Ciel Good End along with it.
I'd like to see the prototype of Ciel's OG route that BLACK made.

I really hope so, since they could definitely put in some additional ones. Out of top of my head:

Nasu has not come out and said that there will be DLC endings, but he did quite heavily hint towards there being more content in store for Arcueid's route, whatever shape that may take. (my speculation was that it will be included in some sort of "Tsukihime Complete Edition" after Red Garden comes out)
I'd guess it would be more Last Episode thing after Kohaku's route. Or maybe Sacchin's.
