What i liked from this video were the thoughts on Saiki's first name and its possible triple meaning.
Basically it says that Saiki's name, more precisely, his first name is related to his true nature.
The video claims that 業人 has a triple meaning. Scapegoat, kounin which is a person that's paying the toll for bad karma from a previous life and wazabito which is someone that excels or is dexterous at some craft/art (in this case, it's implied that it's impersonating/manipulation). Kohaku and him are working together in her route, it's almost a given.
Face burned because of some incident (which now that I think about it, it's never specified when it happened). And here I was making my headcanon that it was Akiha at some point. I mean, they don't get along and he's someone that she just has to put up with as the head of the family...
Does Shiki ever mention Saiki to somebody else? I mean, Saiki claiming that Akiha dislikes him could be a valid reason for not bringing him up when talking to Akiha, but to the rest?
I know. I do remember that she actually doesn't set things on fire, but rather draws out heat. I didn't remember though, whether it did leave marks or not. In other words, I'm just forcing connections.

I don't think Akiha burned him directly because that's not origami's ability.
He almost certainly was burned in whatever destroyed the Saiki Memorial Hospital, it feels like.
we didn't get to investigate the hospital in glass moon so yeah, give me red garden pls.
pretty sure saiki told shiki that akiha kind of had responsibility for the current state of his face, so that’s not exactly a headcanon

Been too busy with Elden Ring. You need max Arc points I think. So go back and make all the +Arc choices from day 1 is what I did. This scene is very important to characterize Arc's thoughts/<3 about Shiki here. It's funny but one of the Ciel-Sensei segments has Eco-Arc basically telling you to skip the scene.
