Exactly, you could in theory have 30 people, each translating a day of the game each, and the same amount of editors to go over and fix typos etc in each section, but at the end of the day you still need a way to make the entire thing consistent across, which likely means one person has to go over the entire thing, unless you have really well-trained editors who can work in unison to achieve a consistent voice. Most people might not think it, but it is VERY easy to notice when the translator of something changed. I have personal experience with this from translation work, in fact, and it's very jarring.
Yeah, no. Remember the Ataraxia fiasco? Crowd translation is never the right idea.

If anything, it's HollowMoon who are going to end up wth a fanfic-tier TL. That is if they will actually work on it instead of crying on discord.

Well te thing here is like someone say before, after the group translating people done all the work, one person have to read that work and edit and do the right corrections on the way to have some decent job, a person who have knoledge of the nasuverse and the terminology to have all consistent, that part maeby is something hard have to check the 40hrs of reading

Uh, no. Don't confuse Hollow Moon and Clover Moon. The latter (now under the name of "Tsukihimates" because they teamed up with some other group) are the ones doing the edited MTL that'll likely be done in the very near future.
