Hi there! I presume the discussion threads for quests will continue where they are?
If a quest has an OOC thread that's separate from its story thread then I suppose it could stay in Out-of-Character? I think it's just neater if quests are grouped together and not buried under a bunch of dead IC threads, since people might actually want to read them.
This split was a long time coming! I'm glad these subforums are still kind of alive, after all this time. The health of a forum community, I think, can be measured by the activity of its RP section.
