Taking a look at the Servant profiles, Eliza does look like a Meteo character (Barebones profile with Skill descriptions that don't say shit).
Meanwhile, Zenobia is looking a Sakurai character (Long, technical and repetitive historical background. All her My Room lines are with Sakurai characters, except for Spartacus, a character featured in Septem.)
Now Molay has signs of Meteo (is a Foreigner) and signs of Sakurai (Long and technical story background. Relatively long Skill descriptions. Saber Molay, along with all other Arcade-exclusives and Arcade's one story chapter, also show signs of Sakurai).
From what I've read of the event story, it is most definitely not a Sakurai one.
Sakurai is way too easy to spot in writing, and this ain't it.
Not surprising for Zenobia's artist, thick legs and abs is something that shows up in S.E.R.A.P.H. manga.

2nd event in a row where the 4 star I want more than the 5 star. Summer event I wanted Caenis, and now Zenobia.
She's a pretty decent Quick looper though. Easily does it with double Skadi + regular kaleidoscope + 2004, not too hard for her to use only a 50% CE as well. Dunno if she's BG capable though.
I dig the X-ray fingers on Molay.
Her curse applies only after damage unfortunately so you should probably slap a command code on her
When I say decent X looper I mean based on refund. She's really good for break bar fights though, or with gogh and douman.
Her animations are so fucking gross, specially because it's Shubb Niggurath. I love it.
