This section opens up with a flashback to "June 2nd, Tensho 10" (the date of the burning of Honnoji).
Mitsuhide has betrayed Nobunaga and set the fire. Mori Ranmaru is at Nobunaga's side, and is ordered to take Nobunaga's head and escape with it. If this is really Mitsuhide's doing, then there's no chance for Nobu to escape, but she won't let her head fall into his hands. After all, that would mean that his "empire" would finally come to pass. Ranmaru is ordered to escape with the head and then discard of it somewhere secret.
Back in SAITAMA, you remember that the reason you're here is to search for Nobu's head. Ranmaru says she was searching for something as well, but she can't remember what it was. However, she does react quite strongly to hearing about Nobu's head. She steps outside for some fresh air, and you follow, before being attacked by some real burly dude. He says he's there to capture you, and when he goes to cut down Ranmaru, you jump try and take the blow for them.
Fortunately for you, Mori made it outside and took the blow in your stead, though he had to leave Chacha inside to fight off a bunch of chibi nobus that appeared (the start of the second arrow is a flashback explaining this as well). The burly man says he'll spare the rest if you surrender yourself, and since Mori can't fight anymore, it's up to Ranmaru to do it. However, before she can do anything, another person appears, offering you her services (for cheap prices such as 100M or 10M QP) to help out. Fortunately, she also offers a free trial service. She seems to be affiliated with Takasugi, and summons a robot called Zanzaburo to help her out as she introduces herself as Izumo no Okuni and tells you to prepare for a once in a lifetime kabuki dance.
While you're combined forces can't seem to fully defeat him, Izou arrives and scolds him for making too much noise and drawing too much attention. He's forced to retreat, but says the Kinno-party/faction won't be broken so easily. Izou says he'll spare you any hurtful words, but tells you to return to Chaldea, then follows the burly man.
You thank Izumo and she leaves after some dance-allegories, leaving Oryou to help treat Mori, who was on the verge of death. Sakamoto also ponders on what Izou could be up to here, before finally saying that he has someone he needs you to meet: the president of Takasugi Heavy Industries that rule the city of SAITAMA, Takasugi Shinsaku.
(I'll put up the full TL later.)
