i was never a fan of cartoony-styles. And the map itself gotta be at least somewhat similar to FGO and geographically realistic enough to argue its existence in the Nasuverse

you could also look what "famous female gamblers" on google looked like. the visual cues of IRL women from different eras might inspire you.

Obviously it doesn't have to be exactly the same (though if you did manage such a feat then that would be amazing), it just has to evoke that same oppressive feeling of someone who brings Death in a West mediaeval outfit. Obviously not including taking things too literally like a plague doctor outfit just so we're clear.

Going by appearances alone, Frollo from Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame feels pretty close to Black Sabbath. And I doubt he's in any shortage of edgy fanarts.
Twisted Wonderland's Rollo is also, just, anime Frollo if you want that vibe.
