Emiya Shirou is the main protagonist of Fate/stay night who acts as the Master of Saber during the Fifth Holy Grail War.There are three routes in Fate/stay night: Fate, Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel. In each route, Shirou develops his magecraft in a different way and to different levels.
Prologue - These feats apply to all routes.
Strength

• Does 100 sit-ups and normally works out more everyday

Speed

• Dodges Lancer's surprise attack
• Blocks one of Lancer's attack with instinct 1
• Deflected Lancer's attack with precise planning 1
• Note: Lancer probably wasn't all that serious during this and didn't use full speed.

Durability/Endurance

• Gets stabbed in the heart by Lancer's lance but still manages to survive for a bit 1 2
• Gets kicked twenty meters by Lancer's round-house kick but stands up 1 2 3 - w/o Avalon
• In all routes, Shirou has Saber's avalon inside him which grants him regen so long as he is fighting near or has a connection with Saber, I will mark feats without avalon.

Structural Grasp Magecraft - allows him to understand the structure and design of objects as if he were viewing a blueprint.

Reinforcement - allows him to analyze the structural composition of an object, and increase its effectiveness, such as making it more durable or its shape more practical, or return it to its original state. He can also use it to improve upon the physical capabilities of his own body

• Unrolls poster for a one-time shield

Projection/Tracing - There is no example of this in the prologue but Shirou learns this in every route to varying degrees. Projection, while a high level skill, is generally considered useless compared to Reinforcement due to the higher prana cost, and anything that Shirou initially projects is useless and hollow. Though the objects merely imitate the shape, there are only a few who can identify them as fakes in a first glance. Any practitioner that analyzes composition wouldn't be able to see through them, and even one that works through spiritual mediums would only notice a sense of incongruence. Shirou is later capable of using Tracing, a higher level version of Projection that completely copies everything regarding the creation and existence of the object. He is only effectively able to reproduce swords, other weapons, and armor, but this specialty allows him to faithfully reproduce even legendary weapons. He is capable of reproducing any sword that he has seen, though Noble Phantasms are always one rank below their original strength and armor costs three times the amount of prana, and he is capable of employing its entire history, allowing him to wield any weapon with the same proficiency of its original owner. He has to see the weapons as how their form as final product actually are with his own eyes to reproduce them, he becomes able to fully trace them afterward. If the weapon is not made of materials that exist in the world, such as Ea, he cannot analyze or reproduce it, though he can tell its basic nature. He is also quite capable of creating his own original kinds of weapons, should he put his mind to it. However, this magecraft is above his level as a magus and he destroys his body every time he uses it.

• Reinforced: Breaks Shinji's arm easily and grabs his throat
• Jumps ten meters

Speed

• Reinforced: Could travel twenty meters in an instant
• Dodges Rider's attack 1
• Blocks Rider's attacks
• Note: Rider isn't going full-speed because she isn't at full power at this point but should still be FTE.
• Dodges and parries one of Gilgamesh's swords with the traced memory of the sword he projected 1 2 3

Durability/Endurance

• Regens from having Berserker blow away his stomach after a night of sleep 1
• Takes a roundhouse kick that feels like a sledgehammer a few dozen meters out a window 1 2

Tracing

• Traces Caliburn, Saber's old weapon that he's only seen in dreams and uses it to fight against Berserker and takes seven of his lives with one blow with Saber's help
• Traces Caliburn again against Gilgamesh 1
• Projects Avalon after it is taken out of him

Fights
Vs Kotomine - in this fight Shirou dodges multitudes of black, mud tentacles, resists the curse that implants all of the evils of the world into the victims mind, projects Avalon and keeps fighting despite the mud burning his body. He does this fight without avalon until he projects it.
Unlimited Blade Works - in this route, Shirou progresses in power faster due to being near Archer more and absorbing skills and physical abilities from him. This is due to Archer being a version of Shirou from the future
Speed

• Blocks Rider's attacks that he can't even see 1 2 3 4 5

Durability/Endurance

• Regen
• Manages to stay conscious and to wobble away while having a giant cut at the shoulder
• Still fights with wound on shoulder - w/o avalon
• Rubble turns red just by him falling on it but he gets up and still fights
• Wounds so deep he could pull out his own bones but still fights
• Plenty of examples of tracing destroying his body but he is still fighting 1 2 3

Skill

• Training with Saber

Reinforcement

• Reinforces his eyes so he can see a few hundred meters away

Tracing - some of these can also be used as speed feats.

• Traces Rho Aius while amped by Tohsaka
• Uses Unlimited Blade Works while amped by Tohsaka's magic - Basically a pocket dimension (inner world) that overrides the the real world and creates a boundary field which includes every weapon Shirou has ever seen. He can control every weapon in this world with his mind.

Fights
Vs Archer - In this fight, Shirou traces a multitude of times, keeps fighting despite his body dying from tracing too much and fights without thinking about it.
Vs Gilgamesh - During this fight, while he is amped by Tohsaka's magic, he traces a bunch of Gilgamesh's swords, survives a low-power blast from Ea and he uses Unlimited Blade Works.
Heaven's Feel - In this route, his left arm gets taken off, so he gets Archer's arm transplanted onto him. This advances his tracing skill and physical abilities greatly but it slowly destroys his body with swords from the inside. He wears a seal on it to keep himself from overloading too quickly. This is what happens when he just loosens the shroud at first, so Rin and Illya train him to be able to handle it

Speed

• Guards his head against attacks he can't see
• Runs through a forest at a hundreds meters per seven seconds. Holds this speed for more than five kilometers. Creates a magic circuit at 200 miles per hour.

• Nine Lives Blade Works - Traces Berserker's axe sword and uses the Noble Phantasm inside which cuts the upper arm, collarbone, windpipe, temple, diaphragm, rib, testicles, and thighs simultaneously within a second and finishes it off with a lance-like thrust through the heart after.
• Traces the Jeweled Sword of Zelretch that he sees through a vision given by Illya
• Traces Kaladbolg
• Traces Rho Aius
• Traces Excalibur but it kills him

Fights
Vs Saber - Sparks Liner High - Defeats Saber in a bad end which completely breaks his mind and leaves him as a shell. In this he projects Kanshou and Bakuya multiple times while executing different maneuvers to defeat Saber.
Vs Kotomine - Fist fights Kotomine while his body is dying and swords are popping out. He only wins because Kotomine runs out of time first.
