Yes, but her relationship with Shirou had little to do with the actions of Dark Sakura. After all, if that was her only issue all she needed to do was reject the darkness and go back to his side. She did want him, yes, but that wasn't the main driver of what she did. She was initially following Zouken's orders, and when she was not she was more interested in Rin. Indeed, when Shirou showed up when Sakura came to get Ilya, she saw him as nothing more than an irritation, and was quite ready to kill him (which, notably, she did not do to Rin) until Rider stopped her.

Rin in HF quite clearly does not have a clue how best to deal with Sakura, especially once she turns Dark. She needles her constantly and acts cold and distant, thereby confirming Dark Sakura's suspicions.

I'm imagining it, and I can say that would have been D'awwww worthy.
Well, it would basically have been like the ending of HF, only much sooner and with less of Rin bleeding out and collapsing in a heap afterwards....
