I don't suppose that one could "cheat" and use symbolic links? That is, if it keeps wanting to look at "documents" then maybe put a symbolic link in documents that then points to the savedata folder in the ultimate edition program folder?
...btw NCN, you aren't the same guy on another VN-related forum that used the username "Nightroller" are you? I may have suggested a similar use of symbolic links as a cheaty way to physically put data on a secondary partition while still having the OS think that it's located on your C: drive.
The easiest way I know of to create symbolic links on Windows is via Link Shell Extension:
Just be careful if you use symbolic links for any operating system stuff as there are some low-levels things (like Windows Update) that can get confused and bork out if the necessary OS files aren't
physically on the C: drive.

Off-topic: TIL there's a "collapse" tag.
...and I can't help but notice that there's absolutely no indication that a collapse tag is even present on a given piece of text unless, as NCN did, some sort of indication is given.
So I guess I'll just stick with using spoiler tags that are labeled as something else (as I did when I provided the text for the opening post).
