That version is very old. In the newer versions, the decensor patch is merged into patch_h.xp3

No. Those directions will not lead you to the 1.1.5 patch, nor will changing the search to 1.1.5 get you anything but other people looking for it. There are torrents for 1.1.4 that also have a link to the 1.1.4 hotfix https://tinyurl.com/bdd77me4, which is NOT the same thing as the 1.1.5 patch. I can confirm that the SHA-32 is very different from the SHA-32 in the OP. Based on how old other unanswered requests for the 1.1.5 update are, it has been offline for months. You'd think someone would do the community a solid and upload it somewhere, but apparently you'd be wrong.
Based on the hashes given on page 1, a hero would only need to upload a few files from 1.1.5 to make a 1.1.4->1.1.5 update. The files with different hashes are:
patch.xp3
patch_lang_english.xp3
patch_lang_english-retrans.xp3*
patch_vita_ost.xp3
*Based on the fact that the patch_lang_english.xp3 was updated I would assume patch_lang_english-retrans.xp3 was updated as well, but that hash is not listed in the OP. The hash on 1.1.4's patch_lang_english-retrans.xp3 is 887CD011 on the off chance that it wasn't actually updated.

Why isn't the latest 1.15 version reuploaded? Did something happen? Are there any "official complications" in the picture, or something...?
I can at least say the reason I personally haven't shared v1.1.5 is because I was a derp and never downloaded it in the first place, because I don't actually "keep up with the Jones's".
That is, instead of always just downloading whatever the latest version whenever a new version is released, I rather just update to the newest version whenever I actually need to do anything with Ultimate Edition. And since I've not done anything with it in the last few months, even my own local copy is still v1.1.4 + hotfix.
I don''t have a copy of v1.1.5, and not sure the point in time the release was cut since it was never tagged.
