I feel conflicted. While I'm happy Jiang Ziya is introduced in FGO finally, I would hate to see him being a stepping stone for Fox to show how powerful she is or Abe since Japanese wank. Even worse if he is part of the world destroying side or whatever not. I guess I know how some felt now, especially more so since my introduction to Chinese literature was Romance of the Three Kingdom and Fengshen Yanyi.

Nero and Fox got the bleach in Extra series, so I guess we will get the same old for TMverse's Fengshen Yanyi where fox is the victim and reacted to misdeeds done to her. If we go with source material, I think Jiang Ziya was never a Xian anyway, hence his aging and eventually not included in the Celestial Heaven. Or are they other versions of it?

It can be just like Fujimaru is a counter for Demon pillars. Besides, Jiang was the brains behind Zhou, so we can have it that he guide Chaldea in defeating Fox again. Hopefully there is nothing mix in him since that has happen to too many servants that plain ones seems rare recently.
since Fengshen Yanyi became relevant in TM, iirc noble phantasm (宝具）was inspired by 宝貝(baobei) from Fengshen Yanyi.

I'm happy that the artist responsible of the Fate Extra manga got the chance to design a new Servant (the 4* Rider). While not my favorite Fate Extra manga, I feel he deaerved that chance.
Divisive design aside, I'm kinda sad the CM didn't detail Dobrynya much, and I couldn't even get clear images of her. I'm actually rather fond of her fur-collared cloak.
