Think about how long most of the stuff that goes untranslated has been out. Think about how long it does not take to really learn japanese.

I tried. Gave it a serious attempt. Went to a language school and everything, and studied hard enough that I even received a scholarship. Still couldn't do it. I can mostly handle the grammar, and the pronunciation comes easily for me, and with enough time I can build a good vocabulary, and even manage the keigo (which admittedly is a huge pain to me), but managing to memorize how to read all the necessary kanji is just beyond me, and that's what I need to do to be able to read VN's...

Why was Tsukihime Remake made for this PS4 and Nintendo thing? What happened to PC? Are there any plans to release a PC version??
Is it possible for modders to port it to PC??

Make of those what you will. Also 'Nintendo thing'? Have you never heard of the Switch?
The closest approach right now is to emulate the Switch and play the rom there. Fan TL efforts so far have focused on that approach.
As for a strict PC port, Hollow Moon have expressed the intention of doing so, but they're focusing on TL'ing Mahoyo at the moment.
Finally I recommend you to take a sip of some tea to calm those nerves.
