But TM Boys, there's only one real answer for me (based completely off of canon personalities and not HCs or other things) Heroic Spirit Emiya. There are close seconds, but he's just too high up the list.

If I had been a few years older when I first became aware of F/GO, I probably would agree with you. It's honestly how I feel about most teenage characters I come across these days, and I'm only turning 24 this year.

Mash does have other personality traits, like generally finding the world fascinating after spending her entire life in Chaldea, liking detective novels and other defensive heroes, generally being quite diligent and hardworking, having a nice dynamic with Roman while he was alive.

To be fair, that's not as much as there could have been, but really, considering how little personality GO has, I'd say she's on the upper end of that scale.

Well duh. It has some good ideas and decent execution, but it overall sucks by nature of being a fanservice-focused gacha that must make easy money. Maybe in a different world in a different genre, the game could have been something great.

Nah, Olga is the neglected woman who after experiencing pain worse than death was demonized into a final boss the protagonist is determined to save instead of defeating.

Chaldea's Rin analog, the mage raised as mage but ultimately too benevolent to be one, stuck in a situation where he needs to antagonize the Sakura analog he cares for despite their estrangement, is Kirschtaria.

I don't think there's any Shinji in this scenario. Beryl gets closest for being the guy who continuously refuses to atone or improve, but the connection is far from as relevant or meaningful as Sakura-Olga or Rin-Kirschtaria.
