I think "Other Shiki" is SHIKI, Shiki is fem aspect Shiki, and Real Shiki is Void Shiki because Void Shiki is the 'base' and the other two are splits of personality from Ryougi psychic stuff.

I only saw it once, but I still feel like it's weird, even as someone who generally likes somewhat younger people. It just gave this impression of... like... the thing where it's written by someone who fantasized about an adult dating them in high school but never grew up to understand the scary power imbalance. Other option is that Other Shiki is for some reason the Shiki we primarily spend time with because SHIKI seemed to be more socially or romantically interested in Mikiya at first and the "after the accident" part has to do with Shiki presenting some more brash and masculine traits to compensate for the loss of SHIKI.

Wait, I thought Void wasn't the base per say, but the personality that emerged from the body soon after Shiki Ryougi was born, but slightly before Shiki and SHIKI came to be.

My understanding is that Void Shiki is Shiki in the sense that it is the soul with the origin of Void/Root that wasn't supposed to be able to survive because souls born with that origin are miscarried but that due to Ryougi psychic-ness, Shiki and SHIKI formed in-utero in such a way that they shielded Void Shiki and became her way of interfacing with the world because she generally can't interact with it normally due to not-supposed-to-exist.

Azaka as a character is problematic.

Given everything else in KnK and the contrast with Mikiya on the origin of being Just a Guy, I don't think she's the last straw of weird. KnK is about problematicism.
