We know Mahoyo has been in the works for a couple of years going by that one material book mention, so that seems really likely. Though they could do an off-season collab for that if they wanted. Arcade seems really likely because they want to just fuck with the fanbase after last year's shitfest of a collab.

Collabing with TM properties was already pretty stretching the definition of collab, but FGO collabing with FGO is just another level of dumb. Waltz was a regular event dressed up as a collab, and Arcade would be the same. The whole point of the collabs up until Waltz was at least direct interaction with another story in some capacity. We should definitely have a story in which we interact with Arcade, but that should either be just a normal event or an off-season second "collab" of the year.

A thought just came to me out of the blue. With both Caren and Bazett are now present in FGO, a FHA collab is more than likely now. But probably not so soon, maybe not even this year, considering Bazett has just debuted. But it's likely to happen now that the main casts are complete.
The new SSR could be Angra as Beast of Retribution, with the collab's gonna be centered around him just like CCC, Ooku, and Tunguska. Caren and Bazett are gonna be in the rate-up alongside Beast Angra.

Nope. The same way I don't really consider Semiramis' Event as Apo collab, which then came not long after.
So I hold out hope they'll make actual FHA collab this time, with SSR Angra even. Also maybe throw Kotomine(Rasputin) in for a good measure, since surely both main girls would love to confront him.

Collabs are mostly promotion vehicles. Hence why there will never be HA or Prototype collabs, there's nothing to advertise about them.
A collab with only one new Servant to introduce feels wrong.

FHA's reasons are like I mentioned above. Prototype still has Perseus and Proto Gil in store.

Plus the other is an already existing character, repurposed in a new class for welfare excuse. Who knows who'll get the honor of becoming the welfare this time.
By promotion I don't mean characters, but side products. The first two were for KnK and Zero but mostly as a way to promote FGO to fans of those, since it was still new. All of them (aside from CCC, which just happened because Nasu really really wanted to write a story centered around CCC ever since F/GO was created) were advertising other Type-Moon material currently coming out to FGO fans. Hollow Ataraxia and Prototype don't have any anime or games coming out. Even Waltz at least has an app you can download and give them money.
I hope the next collab is The Room of the April Witch, my favourite TM work. (unironic)
