    Yup. Web 1.0, you can only see content. Web 2.0, users can produce content, that's where forums and the like started. Web 3.0, AKA capitalism learns to internet, is when social media platforms spring up to their horridness we see today. Content that is produced is then turned into marketable product in more ways than one. Web 4.0 is the internet of things, content that is produced allows consequent content in real life.

    It was a holdover from BL1 where polls could only be created in a specific sub-forum.

    Then Dark-Pulse realized it didn't really have much of a reason to exist because you could now create polls everywhere with the new forum infrastructure, and thus removed it.
