Dunno' about worst but this is definitely one of the weirdest TM fanfics I had the dubious fortune of coming across. What can only be described as smoking fetish-porn (nothing explicit but that descriptor is definitely appropriate), that I found while looking up a source for Rin smoking in Tiger Dojo if I recall.
Most cringe... well i'll just cite any that crossover with The Gamer. I've yet to get past the first chapter in any of them. Bonus points if they include Highschool DxD.
