It's basically Disruption the Deck. All of the monsters do things like returning cards to the hand and negating attacks/effects (usually by sending themselves to the GY), while the traps negate backrow and summon the monsters back from the GY. Once you draw Multifaker, it's game over for the opponent. Even without it, though, the stalling potential is insane. I have had several matches where I drew a brick hand and still managed to squeeze out a victory some 15+ turns later just because I had one or two cards that completely undermined everything the opponent tried to do. And keep in mind that I don't even run Mystic Mine in the deck, which usually puts the Archetype into Cancer tier, no problem. Big weakness of the deck are the monsters getting banished.
So yeah, TL;DR if you love fucking around with your opponent it is absolutely the deck for you.
