I'm a huge Medusa fan and I still think, something like 5 years after playing Extella, that Altera would give the best hugs.
She's dressed lightly, so she would need hugs to keep warm.
She's been alone in the Mooncell for a few thousand years. She wouldn't mind hugging for days if need be.
She's adorable, that's a plus for hugging.
We can see how attached to Hakuno/n she gets by the end of the game. She'd definitely give the best hugs to her savior, giant or not.
Alas, I'm just a translator, I can't hack the moon and free the girl...
I almost forgot; I would definitely hug any Noto Mamiko voiced character if they let me. I don't think I would survive a Brynhildr hug...

Depends on the Mamiko hugging order. If you hug Arach first, she can make you able to surviving hugging Bryn.
