Ummmm. Possibly stupid question, but why would Rider even be near Sakura? Shouldn't she be watching Shinji to make sure he doesn't run with scissors or fall down stairs while gloating? He is her Master for at least the first couple days of the war, and only loses her when he dies (Fate), She dies (UBW), or Sakura eats hims (HF).

Unless Shinji ends up dead somehow or Zouken/Sakura revoke his control over her like in HF, Sakura would not be Rider's official master, and would not be controlling her.

So? She can get her back, and she doesn't need to be conscious to eat people as the Shadow. In fact her will is subverted! If Medea saw the Shadow nomming people, found out Sakura was the Shadow.....well, things could get messy​.

Yep. She's definitely a threat. One with multiple ways to neutralize, but a threat nonetheless.
