But honestly, I wouldn't know what to do with Shirou and Saber, so I'll give them an awesome death. Then Bazett mercy kills the Shirou Doll. Plus there has to be some awesome fist fight between her and Kotomine while Archer fights Gilgamesh. Also, Bazett versus Kuzuki for the win.
I don't want to kill Rin, so I need to think of some other way that Archer becomes Bazett's Servant.
Bazett would probably lose against Kotomine, especially if he has the Command Seals.

Wait, what reason would Bazett even have for mercy-killing the Shirou doll? If she and Rin eventually become allies with Illya, why would she do that in the first place if the thing clearly means a lot to her? That's like breaking a child's teddy bear because it's "theirs".

How is becoming a doll and then getting killed by Bazzett an awesome death? Not to mention, if Saber uses Excalibur Basaka would get roasted. She can use a full strength one if she has only just been summoned.

If Archer can kill him six times by cutting him in a few places (and some of them were just on the limbs), then I really don't see how destroying his entire body could net less than 12 lives.

Major arteries, I guess? Multiple cores throughout the body that might kill the Servant, depending on the level of damage and mana levels and such.
But I don't think the limb wounds were what killed him- his legs were melted (I guess to reduce his movement, since I'm pretty sure you can't kill motherfucking Heracles with a leg burn), one arm was barely hanging from the elbow (to stop him grabbing hold of archer, or to stop him holding the axesword with two hands for extra power). Only five actual wounds were shown, despite the "lol not one place on his body is unwounded" bit.

Berserker pull's a Doctor, and gives up a life to heal a wound that would make fighting rather difficult.
What do you mean "horrible"? I fail to see anything "horrible" about that story (well, excepting the Bad End itself, and that's kind of unavoidable...).
Because Shirou dies, probably. And goes out like a little bitch, since he also broke up his partnership with Saber.
