I don't think he is, really (at least not most of the time). He just doesn't like other people fighting very much. Plus, he saw Saber get horrifically mauled in front of him.

It's notable that he never really takes that attitude towards Rin, even in UBW where he falls in love with her.

Well, Sakura put herself in the kitchen better than Shirou could ever tell her to go there.

Yeah, but that's not sexism. Sakura acts like that basically because she's copying Shirou. Plus, he spends most of his time telling her to get out of the kitchen, especially since she's "ill".

Sakura's nature has little to do with being a girl and everything to do with being the victim of horrific abuse. Thus, nothing in HF is sexist. Fate Shirou does come across that way on occasion, but it's more "I don't want Saber to fight" than "girls shouldn't fight", really.

Even though it's kinda sad because if anyone does have an Archer story in mind they generally think, "Eh, never mind, Elf will do it . . ." and I'm like FUCK.

Well, yeah, the problem is that you're a good writer, and everyone knows your preferences, so they don't tend to bother going out of their way to write such stories because you're virtually certain to do a better job than they could.

I don't see why girls should be treated any differently from guys, in general. If a girl is attacking me, I don't see why I should go easy just because they have a couple of lumps on their chest, and if they want to fight, they should be allowed to fight.
