There is one fixed spawn in that tunnel NW of Alfornada. Umbreon is actually really good as support I find in general for raids since it can be made quite bulky and gets Fake Tears, Screech, Helping Hand, Taunt, Snarl, Charm, Skill Swap, Reflect, Calm Mind, Light Screen, Moonlight. Can even set sun/rain.
Turns out I got a Tera Steel one from a raid. Might actually do just that.

All you really see online are Vaporeon, Slowbro and Clodsire lol. With most people Stored Powering other than Clodsire and still somehow losing. Was looking at other pokemon that might be fun and Qwilfish is the actual goat. As long as you enter with a slowbro or vaporeon you can just totally hard carry through Acupressure and Chilling Water. Turns the Slowbro or Vaporeon you're with into a literal monster very quickly and you only need a couple stockpiles and chilling water before you're taking no damage yourself.

Short of turtling with Quagsire or Clodsire, which sounds absolutely dreadful, I'm not seeing anything that can resist all of its attacks in order to set up. And given that it has a Light Ball, you're going to be HURTING if you don't resist (or worse, have a weakness).
I'll leave it to theorycrafters with more time, but I hope this one is still solo-able.

Found some who did it already. Contrary Lurantis with max HP/SpDef. Someone else also seems to have done it with Arboliva, another with Annihilape (ATK and HP EV spread, no Speed, needs Ghost Tera and Shell Bell).
Seems like overall this is one that just needs to be kind of turtled and done like a real raid and not a one-shot meme.
