Really unlikely, with they hiding the name of the Saber pair and the everything of the welfare. It they had a double identity, Lasengle would have announced the surface-level name on the stream and left only the secret name to be discovered on the event itself. There's no reason to hide both names.

Only actual speculation I've heard regarding this is whether one of the girls is actually Yan Qing in disguise, since he's randomly on the 4-star CE when everything else about the event is female focused. Anything else just seems like someone throwing shit out there and seeing if people buy it with no basis.
