If you're talking weird anime names, it's hard to top Quattro Vajeena, from Zeta Gundam. Dude's a major character, too, there's no forgetting about him.
Tomino shows in general tend to have some pretty silly names.
Why are we acting like Quattro Bajeena is not the best name ever and Tomino is not a genius for just shoving whatever stupid names he can get away with because the publishers only care about toy sales and he wants to know how far their ignorance and lack of care goes?

It being a pseudonym only makes it better, it implies that Char willingly named himself "Four Vagina". If we're talking other ridiculous Gundam/Tomino names, though, I'm a big fan of the helmswoman in G-Reco being named "Steer". It took me several episodes to figure out that that was her name, I thought people were just shouting at her to do her job lmao.
edit: I can't believe I brought up G-Reco names without mentioning Klimton Nicchini and his father, Zucchini Nicchini.
