Presumably the non-Norse Servants were Sakurai's decision since she's the writer and Miwa's fan Servant designs were only Volsung stuff.

The only confirmed Servants are Aslaug, Ragnar, Percival, and Sinfjötli.

Caster is speculated to be Baba Yaga because she uses Slav monsters, flies on a mortar, has a bone leg, and one of her three forms is an old woman.

Assassin is speculated to be a new Hassan because she has the mask.

Saber is speculated to be Tamuramaro based on vibes alone. Probably has something to do with him being a mega simp to foil Ragnar, or with the author of the theory not knowing other samurai.

And Extra Class is speculated to be Svanhildr because of some Sigurd-like visual cues.

Just on vibes? Now I'm worried that I'm excited over nothing. Oh well. But if he is, then he might cameo on Fox Tail too.

As for Baba Yaga, I suppose the hut on chicken legs is also quite telling.

Another theory I've seen for Saber is Momotaro but I don't know what basis they were going off for that.

Extra Class has the exact same eyes as Sigurd and Aslaug, so Svanhildr or not is definitely related to them.

he's been a meme for a while in TM because he and his animal companions annihilated bunch of Oni (we know Oni is a big deal in TM).

Well taking a look at his design, he has an oni-like pendant on his shirt and all the clasps on his outfit and his earrings seem to be vaguely peach shaped, so I can see where they would be getting the idea, even if I think it's a bit of a stretch. Unfortunately, I'm getting nothing else from the guy except that he's got an oni pendant and the repeating design that is maybe a peach, maybe a leaf of some sort, so I've no idea.

Hm. I can appreciate that type of referencing as much as the next fan, but it does feel like a setting is diminished by this need to attach pre-established characters to seemingly all important developments.
