Fate: Lost Einhejar Translation

I'm Phoenixrising. I've got so pumped up about the new novel that I have decided to do a translation for Fate: Lost Einherjar.
This time I'll be uploading pdfs instead of directly into here. But I'm hoping to upload more chapters as the novels are released.

Since this is a novel set in Scandinavia and has lots of Norse Mythology interwoven in it, I used a lot of old nordic terms in the translation.

The translation for the prologue is done. I have done three pdfs. One in a printable book format. One in a Novel format like F/SF translations and another in a straight A4 single page format.

Notes: Also Remina does indeed see Caules and Goredolf as brother figures, but it felt weird using brother Caules etc. as it makes Yggdmillenia feel like a church, so I went for the more formal Mr.

Sure. I'll probably be creating a separate pdf with a glossary or translation notes for the actual novels.
I still have to think about it.

Oh, well, they're simple things, really:
- "Seidr" is just used to refer to the magical practice, not the practitioner (there are a few terms for those), and while it's often associated with divination, it's more than just divination magic (for instance, when Áslaug gives Ragnarr an enchanted chain shirt, that's an example of seidr);
- while there is no "canon" list of the Nine Worlds, Helheim / Niflheim are basically understood as a single realm (most often called Niflheim). If it helps, Bellows lists Svartalfheim (the realm of the dark elves)* in place of Helheim.

* Though god knows if there were actually any differences between "dark elves" and "dwarves". Mythology, am I right?

Thanks for letting me know. I didn't have time to fully check out what the terms mean. So that was very much appreciated.
I quickly threw that list together as I was translating. So I'll do a more proper one when the actual novels come out.
Because I have a feeling they will be reprinting that chapter.

Yep, mythology has so many different terms and sources. It's hard to know what's what. I even got confused when they added Niðavellir.

Ragnar...is off to a good start. I'm having fun with this protagonist, and I hope Sakurai continues to keep the ball rolling. Clearly he's meant to be the boisterous half of the boisterous male/ice queen duo that he and Aslaug are clearly set up to be.

I hope Lost Einhejar is some sort of palette cleanser/second wind for Sakurai, as it seems to be, since it already feels rather fun and refreshing even with what very little is out so far.
