It could be, but I expect that at least Shiki will have to fight Mario and his two dogs so we get some action scenes out of the guys who haven't done anything at least.

I'm honestly relieved they did away with Ciel Good. It feels more like Arcueid being a third wheel and hijacked her ending.

I think we'll get a new true by the end honestly. Though it makes me wonder what kind of setup for Tsuki 2 will be placed. Ciel normal from remake was such a good launch point for more stuff.
As for Mario, I can't see that anymore with his relevance to the church and Roa in Tsukihime. An extraverse version wouldn't even be the same anyway so I'd expect Nasu to go in different directions.

Honestly I'm ok with them being pretty liberal with how they handle the routes. We have the OG, it's setting and stories still exist. I'd enjoy new twists and story with a retelling of far side too.

Everything about the remake makes me optimistic about the other routes. The bad ends give a nice glimpse at them and it's very promising.

Well, when Nasu said that they dont have the resources to translate TsukiRe maybe it was because said resources were currently busy translating Mahoyo...
But a 15-18 month long painstakingly detailed translation feels unlikely.

I'm with the people thinking TM had nothing to do with this besides saying yes, since I expect (and hope) this is being brought over by Aniplex. Translating other TM content is something the FGO NA team wanted to do from the start.

Maybe I'm just high with hopium but I fully expect the same thing to happen once Red Garden or some kind of TsukiRe bundle comes out.
FGO is ending and TM has proven itself to be profitable.

Financially speaking, there's no reason not to do Tsukihime (more popular, higher sales) if Mahoyo sells well in English, at least.

I'm super glad Mahoyo is the first one to get translated officially and it's not one of the TM works that already are fan translated. However, it's weird that they seem to be avoiding PC and only putting in on console, I wonder if there's a actual reason and it's not just because they think it won't sell well or whatever.

I put a lot of my soul into that text, with beautiful visuals and songs to match, so I want you to play it connected preferably to a large TV screen. I know that's the creator's ego talking, but I wanted you to play under the best conditions possible on your first(Or second!) experience with Mahoutsukai no Yoru. So I asked Takeuchi for a console release.

I'm sure it went something like that given recent precedence.
