Altria is Altria because Google Translate gave him the cigarette brand name in 2010, and it stays Altria because the name was officialized by a material book.

Its great its occuring, but it makes me wonder why Tsuki:Re wasn't done up the same way.
Was it before their integration with Sony that will give us english translations (quality notwithstanding) from now on?
Or is Mahoyo just a test, because if it is, you'd have to wonder why they even think they need to test the waters for interest?

Mahoyo is absolutely a test run to see if the return on investment is there.

Tsukihime is longer and has more things a translation would need to keep track of, like making sure the restructured grammar of the English sentences are properly timed with the action on screen.
