Surprised nobody guessed him, given there's quite a few other sheets of him around, if not as Assassin. In fact, he was the first ever legit Servant submitted to Create-A-Servant (unless you count Ciel), which is what got me interested in him again. Hopefully I didn't screw up his legend somewhere and lead people down the wrong track
The food he once used as a weapon was honey, while the 'loved one' Conchobar killed indirectly was his own dog after Conchobar ordered him to kill it
