"I guess I helped decorate stages, but not just stages. And no, while I would've loved to have experienced it, the cinema was after my time."

Did you ever decorate a place that is hallowed nowadays, whether that be in the sense of fame or of sanctity?

" A magicless time, I don't think you meant actual magic since by the time you are born. Magic was already in decline since the turn of the Age of Man. So, I don't think there is much of a difference between the eras so what is this "magic" that you're talking about."
