Okay, I'm gonna guess Rocky Marciano since he fits everything, kinda. You could argue that most people know him nowadays for becoming the namesake of the Rocky movies and character... even though they're still about boxing

If not, then I think we're really gonna need a hint about what this guy's most known for, though I do have one other possible idea
