I'm not sure quite what's going on but between any of your names were you Asteropaios by any chance? Actually, the remark about the dual spears pretty much assures it IMO. I've never heard the legend of being incinerated by Hephaestus but maybe that's from another of her epithets. Also if that is the case you'd be the second after me who elected to genderbend this figure.

I also thought of this guy, except he received blessing from Scamander, and there's no mention about him facing Athena or Hephaistus.

I feel like we should be in the final stretch now, but I still can't find that nereid name.

The only thing I can think of for the Hephaestus thing is that he did intervene to save Achilles from drowning when the river Scamander tried to attack him after his grandson's death. Maybe that could be spun as incinerating her? In any case it's kind of hard to guess this figure with like three different identities juggling around.

The divine name is Xantho, she already told us.
And Italian Wikipedia does mention the whole Haephestus thing in regards to Asteropaios - or rather, says Haephestus set the river on fire after Asteropaios's death to keep the river from going up against Achilles - so I'm pretty sure Royd got it lol
