Yeah, that would be difficult to write a story about just a bunch of dinos roaming around like would they even have the capacity to build civilization
Just have dinos + god aliens, not that hard.
I wouldn't say it's completely outside the realm of possbility. I'm not up to date with the LBs but they've been setting up LB7 to be completely removed from actual human history since Anastasia.
Wouldn't be the first time that, in fantasy stories, dinosaurs/anthropomorphic lizards have been associated with Mesoamerican/South American cultures, no.
