Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if that is the case.
I did theorise that Lostbelts have similarites tied in to the Apostles.
For example LB2 and Heian both have humans exisiting alongside another monstrous race that wants to kill them and gods from both of those Lostbelt are components for Muramasa.
If said theory is true and since gods from Lb1 and Lb7 are confirmed to be Douman’ s components then Lb1 and Lb7 will have some similarities namely the harsh environment and the human modification to survive said environment.
So yeah dinosaur humans are probably a thing.

We already established that the Aztec gods were Stand users, but yeah, it is possible that all Stands are Scary Monster.
This is the result of racism and ignorance really. Yes it's common but so are many other things people say. Indigionous civilizations had the tendency to just disappear. The Mayans are no exception, having rose to power before going into decline around 1200. The truth is, they never actually went away they just migrated and reorganized into different mayans. I expect Nasu to be smarter than this. The difference between Inca and Mayans is like the difference between France and England. So for ORT to be in the Andes it has to be explained why he's there and we still have a mayan theme. Explaining this won't be hard since it's a alternate timeline, and from the looks of it, lostbelt 7 might be as jacked as lostbelt 6.

Singularity 7 = Quetz stalls Tiamat with Xibalba.
LB7 = Tiamat sends the Alter Ego to help stall Xibalba (ORT).

i go a step further and expect the lizard people/hollow earth conspiracy theory to be a big part in this.
I can even see that Nasu somehow adds a weak Foreigner Class based on Yig, an outer snake god inspired by Quetz, into the mix. We will also see Tezcatlipoca. Quetz called him a god of spiders, but this aspect is actually pretty sus. It is not an important theme of his domains at all, and he had a bunch of them. Together with ORT, there has to be something going on.
Bonus points if he uses the crystal skull stuff in the LB for whatever reason.

I pretty much agree with this. If Quetz is from outer space then she and the other visitors will have a connection to an elder god. How is up to speculation, but it's not the first time that something like this has happened.
Foreigner shenanigans are a safe bet at this point.
Even more so if Meteo is the one writing.
