No, Daybit’s Servant was stated to be a Grand, so all gods are off the table.
Whatever Daybit's servant is, it is going to have to do a lot to impress anyone. Seriously they have built up it as being a grand, but he's following in the footsteps on Wodime who had two demigods and a freaking titan as a servant. What does Daybit have that is going to be more impressive that what Wodime had?
I mean, having Caenis and Musashi in tow does that.
Kirsch wasn't impressive because he had 2+1 divine spirits as his servants, though. He's impressive because he's a cool dude and he controls the literal cosmos.
Daybit has a lot of "hype" to "live up to" but I don't think his servant will in any way determine that.
Daybit's hype is less due to any known capabilities, and more to his mysteriousness and ties to the story. Area 51, bluebook, Crypter to one of the LB Kirsch was worried about alongside having ORT, Folklore department, etc. So far, what we know about his competency is that he's an genius on par with Da Vinci, somehow "contracted" (could just be an alliance, agreement, anything goes) a grand and out-of-universe reason of being the last LB. I'm honestly fine if Daybit doesn't live up to the "hype" of being an unga bunga op outer space genius mage like Kirsch, Kirsch was suppose to be the strongest Crypter from the start; I would be more than satisfied if they can build on of his mysteriousness, create a fitting role against alien god, and give an full, concluding explanation for the whole bluebook mess.
I couldn't honestly care less about the grand, or at least for now. They don't necessarily need have deep connections to the story, as long as they're cool and have a cool counter against beast/whatever goes, now.
I don't expect him to be particularly OP or anything. I moreso get the impression he'll be capable but it will be his wits, unpredictability and planning that accomplishes something that none of the other groups, including chaldea would be able to. He'll be a plot device that probably opens a path to success that hopefully isn't handled like shit.
What if they shift in and the first thing is Daybit dying of mid opening monologue?

So I mentioned that Arc could be Daybit's grand servant. I wasn't serious when I said that before, but seeing her release, I think it might be true.
Just a note, I haven't read Tsukihime remake yet, and I don't understand Arc's lore very well.
But the gist I got was, she is basically type earth, and will answer the call of the world agaist threats. This continued until she drank blood and has to supress her power in order to stop from turning into a dead apostle. (I know this isn't 100% correct and parts are left out, but this seems to be the gist)
Anyways I think arc is Daybit's grand servant.
Here is my reasoning
1. Arc was released now. Why? She must be plot important, otherwise type moon would have done a collab event.
2. Arc would make the last chapter feel epic. The writers have to somehow make the last chapter bigger than 5 and 6. Chapter 5 had to fight literal god, so where would you go from there?
3. They said Daybit summoned a Berserker. Arc in Extra is Beserker. My guess is Daybit somehow summoned this version and then repaired her spirit origin. Who knows how he did it or why Archatype earth fights for humanity as a grand. This is supported by Archtype Earth being Moon Cancer. Normally this would be impossible, but LOL Daybit and his HAX
4. ORT is in lostbelt 7. In PHH he is asleep, but the lostbelt version is going to turn the world into some Lovecraft nightmare. Archtype Earth has bonus to foreigners, suggesting her role is for defeating things like ORT
How does the Mesoamerican theme fit in? Simple, Aztec creation mentions that the world was destroyed 4 times. Each time it was destroyed it was rebuilt better. The only way to sustain it is through human sacrifice. The divergence point is around the time of the Dinosaur killing meteorite. The Meteor was the first time the world was reset. Daybit arrives and decided that instead of resetting again, he can fix the world. Tezcatlipoca is fighting Daybit to reset the world again. Cue start of lostbelt.
Note on the world reset. My guess that in PHH the world reset are historical events.
First was the Dinosaur extinction, Second is Velber, third is the decline of the Norte Chico and Olmec civilizations, and the last is the climate catastrophe that caused the destruction of the Mayans, Tiwanaku Empire, Cahokia, andAnasazi. (All these civilizations declined around the same time)
Ok punch holes in my theory.

And Grands only exist for the 7 classes.
Aren't the Crypter Servants always on the event banner too? The only LB servants who were Ani were Skadi and Castoria, who were a king and companion respectively.
