Mahoyo Game start issue

Hi this is my first time posting on the site

I was recommended to come here for help after trying everywhere else and got nowhere. Basically, in short, I got Mahoyo VN (one you have to run with JP Locale with EN Translations) a few days ago and have been reading it just fine however today when I tried running it I got the "Script exception occurred Member 'kag' does not exist" error.

if possible I'd like to know if there's some sort of solution to solving it.

try uninstalling this program and reinstalling Mahoyo Game mod apk from https://heyhey.net, see if the problem persists or not?
