We literally just had dino summer so I highly doubt it'll be that. I guess if we're going by in-game hints so far, there's MorganFes, but dunno if they're willing to pull that already.

I'm lean more towards LB6 Christmas, because it would happen around final Road to LB6 and there are barely time to have both Summer/GG/Christmas and LB-locked events.

Medea and Medusa will team-up and hijack summer in order to finally get their chance. Heracles and Kojirou will be the male costumes, helping Medusa/Medea out. The rest of the Servants are just filler, either helping us defeat Medea and co. or on their side. The setting will be the Fuyuki water park (revamped).

Honestly it would be really cool if they did something like part 2 prologue again where all the websites "shut down" and then you have all these neglected servants announcing their vengeance upon FGOs summer events.
Honestly Medea and Medusa would be a dream. I think LB6 girls are happening one way or another so I don't even need to hope. Caren and Yang Guifei would be nice too.
For costumes there's many I'd like. Definitely anything out of Muramasa, Ozy, Napoleon, Taigong, Beowulf, Percival, Mori, Arash and Jason would be most welcome. Even the old Knights NPC designs.
But my impossible never-ever dream is summer Angra costume.
Still waiting for the year in which Cleo's plans to diet Caesar came true and we get slim swimsuit Caesar. How many years has she been working on that already?
