The Kamas aren't that surprising to me, but the Merlins are. I've definitely noticed he appears to be the #2 most common one I've seen, behind Baobhan Sith.
I ended up getting Percival and Taikobo, since they were the two CEs I was missing.
I saw a surprising amount of Billy the Kid CEs, btw.

Medusa Lily:
S3 now Increase NP gauge for self [20%-30%]
Diarmuid:
S3 now Increases Quick, Arts card effectiveness for self [10%-20%] (3T) and Increases Critical Strength for self [20%-30%] (3T)

Terrible upgrade for Anna, doesn't solve her generally horrible generation stats.Pretty nice upgrade for Diarmuid (Saber), basically made his best skill even better.Oh, it's for the Lancer version. Better than nothing I guess, dude still sucks ass though because vanilla hitcounts screwing over his generation potential.

Guts cooldown reduction is nice but definitely doesn't improve her that much. Also the NP charge should have gone to her Monstruous Strength if they had to give her one as now you have to sacrifice her survival tool for extra NP charge.
Lancer Diarmuid is whatever, he's still meh compared to other Quick ST NP 3* Lancer. At least the skill is now worth leveling up if you want to use him.
Funny thing, both upgrades are basically copying what Qin Liangyu has in her skills. May as well upgrade her if you were going to do that Lasagne.

Military tictacs, guts and stargen skill strengthening, maybe this is a "erase the meme skills" batch.
They've been doing this for a very long time. Basically their objective has been so far to (with a few exceptions):
- Raise all Charisma skills to 20% at level 10 unless they already were and add some new effect.
- Transform all Military Tactics skill to 3 turns, raise it to 20% and add a new effect.
- Add new effects to any skill that only raises star drop.
- Make it so Mana Burst like skills have other effects or even change its duration.
- Decrease most Guts skill cooldown to 8-6, specially if the duration of the Guts is <=3.
- Reduce cooldown of charm skills to 8-6.
- Fix early game weak debuff skills like Appreciation of Arts from Mozart to give it stronger effects.
- Change all Instinct skills so they give more stars and have more effects.
And maybe others I'm missing.

Edit: Btw, one thing to point out is that for somd reason they seem not to like giving NP upgrades that much. In most batches we tend to get much more skill upgrades than NP upgrades, even when most of the Servants that get the skill upgrade really need an NP upgrade. Berserkers in particular see very little NP upgrades.

The Kama one is so adorable. I think it'll be one of the most selected ones
I think there are three reasons.
- First of all, most of the units getting upgrades are old units that already have a NP upgrade.
- Second, new units usually have some internal correcting factors to be competitive with the old, upgraded ones (for example, NP damage up or mana burst activated when the NP is used).
- And third, while upgrading a NP damage is good, it's usually more interesting to upgrade a kit via skill update.
Like, look at this last 4 SQ. We had three units that already had a NP update, and the unit that didn't, Vlad, has got a big gameplay change from his skill update, making is taunt much more stronger and useful.

I know Arash is busted already but I think they seriously should buff his first skills, they have 0 synergy with what he's supposed to do (explode and die) and are super basic.
