Was playing with Gareth Summer's model and made a funny little discovery. First ascension has a hidden set of clothes underneath, a little removal from the sprite sheet and I made it visible. Personally I like this more than second ascension, which just looks like underwear rather than swimsuit. Also, ORKN probably stands for Orkney.

Uh, how do these sprites work exactly then? Like those dress up games and not 1 whole image? Because I'd just make it one whole image to make it easier on myself, my god.

Personally I like this more than second ascension, which just looks like underwear rather than swimsuit.

But the strawberry underwear is necessary to complete the Ghost 'n' Goblins reference.

I won't comment on the rest of the unreleased Summer 7 Servants but these are my top picks. Animations and character ties sell most of the other units for me but these are definitely my top pick over the others in the batch. I kinda am used to the Takeuchi art that I can't pick any of the Servants he drew as my fav except for Rider Alter. Her third sprite's just divine. Okita Alter barely eeked in because of her third sprite, tbh. Rengoku is great and all but the whole summer outfits on both of them weren't great imo.

EDIT: I should add males, huh. TBH, not many aren't a banger or something I vibe to so I'll list the ones that were meh to me. Lanling and Asclepius.

If boys are added to the conversation I guess the only selections I don't care for are Achilles, Blackbeard and Sigurd. Outfit wise, I only really like the ones from summers 3 and now

actually, if you make it 1 whole image, it would actually be a pretty horrible nightmare to animate XD

being split apart like this makes moving parts muuuch easier

2D animation do be like that

making them 1 whole image would make them "solid", so if the character animation is supposed to do a bit of crazy movement, the asset wont be flexible to move around

Weirdly enough I don't hate this in comparison to all of summer Raikou and Murasaki's 3rd ascension. Probably the posing

Finished Lady Avalon's park. Here's what happened: LA introduced her and immediately got attacked by Fou, prompting her to comment she didn't remember this timeline had a Cath Palug. Then we go to fix her park by attacking the YARIO employees she forgot she hired because they were doing the task she forgot she assigned. Then the section is over and LA becomes the point ladder shopkeeper. Her shop line is her introducing herself and Fujimaru reminding her that they already met in the Flower Park.

The in-story forgetfulness is easy to chalk up as gag ditziness, but the shop line is something the player is expected hear hundreds of times during the event's duration, so that's a lot of attention being called to the fact LA is not absorbing new information.

Whatever surprise LA is holding is related to memories. She remembers the sister excuse that she made from Gareth's dialogue, so it's not full-on anterograde amnesia. Is there any pattern to what information she's retaining vs what she isn't?
