- Keisuke Yamanami (no battle sprite, multiple possible ascensions)
- Shinsaku Takasugi (no battle sprite, multiple possible ascensions)
- Zaizen Takechi (no battle sprite, only one ascension [I think])

Here, the Weekly Famitsu nr. 1758 (the one with both Merlins on the cover and latest FGO info) that came out a while ago had a couple pages showing all of FGO NPCs, here's the one with all the Gudaguda ones

Hasn't it only been like, twice (Nobunaga and Ryouma) over the course of seven years? Not really a trend. And I think the only options left are Kenshin and Chacha anyway, unless you count Nobukatsu as a welfare.

I mean if you count Okita Alter, technically we have 3 examples of them giving a new 5* for a pre-existing GudaGuda Servant.

I could see them skipping SSR Avenger Chacha even if would fit well with free Hideyoshi, but you can't convince me SSR Kagetora properly named as Kenshin isn't going to happen eventually
