My Hero Academia Episode Season 6 Episode 117: Hawks can sense things with his feather, but he couldn't tell when the worst person possible was going to attack him behind, how convenient. Dabi being the only one who's still following Stain's ideals is interesting and there's the fact that Hawks couldn't find any information on him either. And in the last season, when his profile came in the show, nothing was on it. So yeah, who the heck is he?

I really do like Hawks though, he's very cool, so pretty disappointed that that happened to him.

Someone has to have a big grudge against Mirko though, that all hurt to watch.

So All for One only has a copy of his original Quirk, with the original one being given to Shigaraki with that stuff he's in. And now he's going to wake up with that, on top of his Decay Quirk, like he wasn't terrible enough already.

I wouldn't really know, Ranma doesn't have any prominent ones. As far as I'm concerned she's got big Kodachi vibes. Only far less insane.

Bleach: F I R E !! What a great episode. Other than Episode 3, every episode has been very strong but this one stands head and shoulders above the others. The best one so far, and a hard bar to clear. If next episode isn't better I think this will likely stand as the best episode of the entire arc, expansions towards the end notwithstanding.



Spy x Family: Didn't even feel like 20 minutes, I wanted more when the ED kicked in. The Yor portion of the episode was anime-only, or at least I don't remember it from the manga, but they nailed the style of humour of the series.

Has Yor actually had a single mission since she met Loid? He's constantly doing spy stuff, but she almost never has conflict between her job and fake life.

Most of her assassin shenanigans are only alluded to but not shown. Like that time Anya could hear Yor's thoughts about having killed a man the night before. There will be more focus on Yor's job ahead, but it will likely not be covered in this season.

Now for this week's episode.

My Hero Academia Episode Season 6 Episode 118: Shigaraki was actually clinically dead until the puddle he was in got electrified and resuscitated him.
Of all the way for that to happen, ugh. And immediately the first thing he does is kill the guy who was supposed to watch him and take his cape, that's where he gets it from, god.

Tokoyami was able to save Hawks in the end, thanks to having a feeling that something went wrong, but he's so badly hurt. I definitely feel for Tokoyam thoughi, and what he said at the end of it.

I can see that Midoriya has improved a bit since he was able to use 45% of One for All, that's good.

But the fact that the First User of his Quirk popped in to say that not only Shigaraki has woken up, but that's he become transcendent, is very much not a good thing.

Neither is Shigaraki just using his Decay Quirk the same way he did the last time and taking out a bunch of buildings, along with one of the top heroes who sacrificed himself to save Eraserhead.

I'm surprised they were even able to make more bullets though, considering the source of them, but they're all gone now.

It was a good episode for sure, can't wait to see what happens next now that Tomura Shigaraki 2.0, is awake.

Spy x Family Episode 16: I like how they made it so that you can't tell if Yor is just coming back from her real job late until they reveal the truth.
I'm happy they included the Franky short story, hah. Twilight outright calling him a freaking stalker just made me laugh so hard.

So like, I caught back up with the Chainsaw anime and one random thing I noticed that struck me was that despite Mappa cutting the scene where Denji saves a little girl from a Devil whilst he and Makima were waiting for their udon, they decided to keep in Aki remembering the little girl during the montage of people that Denji saved who were asking Aki to thank him. I dunno why it stuck out to me as much as it did, other than just being a weird thing to do adaptation-wise.
